RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must initiate the refund process within 30 days of receiving your order.


Process

To request a return or refund, please follow these steps:

  • Kindly send an email to ishop@ralstonvanderschyff.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or refund. Our team will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
  • Ship the item back to the address provided by our customer support team.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at ishop@ralstonvanderschyff.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-returnable/non-refundable, including:

  • Downloadable products (e.g. digital goods)
  • Personalized or customized items
  • Sealed goods (e.g. face masks, for hygienic reasons)
  • Gift cards
  • Buyer's remorse
  • Incorrect delivery addresses supplied during the checkout process

Returns/Refunds Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the specified timeframe, please check your bank account first. Then, contact your credit card company or bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at ishop@ralstonvanderschyff.com.


Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
